THE PEER TO PEER PROGRAMME IS PART OF THE ALPA-SA

CLICK HERE.pdf to view volunteer contact details.

The Peer-to-Peer Programme is the foundation for all the pilots involved in the Pilot Assistance Portfolio to offer support and wellbeing to pilots.

The group consists of volunteer pilots who are trained to listen to- and assist their colleagues to help identify and apply their own solutions as the need arises.

Volunteers are also equipped to deal with issues and help provide a safe and confidential environment for pilots.

It must be remembered that Pilot Assistants function within the limitations of their training, are not counselors/ therapists and will refer to professional resources where necessary.
