Testing Standards Officer (Aircraft) –

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of pilot skills test standards, oversight over the activities of flight examinersand flight instructors, act as flight examiner for the authority, assist with the maintenance anddevelopment of aircrew licensing regulations and provide expertise with respect to pilot licensing issues. You should hold a valid SA Airline Transport Pilot License with at least a Grade II Flight Instructor Rating and a minimum of 1500 hours experience as flight instructor.  Computer literacy is desirable.

Testing Standards Officer (Examinations)

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of an electronic examination database for the examination of all aircrew and for the development of associated curricula. You should hold or have held a valid SA Airline Transport Pilot License with at least a Grade II Flight Instructor Rating or hold or have held a SA Air Force Pilot or Navigator Instructor Qualification. It would be to your advantage to have at least 500 hours multi-engine experience on medium to heavy aircraft and to be currently associated with theoretical instruction for ab-initio, commercial or airline transport pilot ground school courses. Computer literacy is essential.
